Bosch Announces The PROFACTOR 18V High Performance Power Tools

Bosch has unveiled their new cordless, high-powered power tools that are powered by their Core 18V batteries. They sent me an email however they didnt mention any specific details as to new model numbers however on their Profactor webpage they did disclose that we can expect rotary hammers (plural), grinders (plural), a miter saw (singular), a track saw (singular), and circular saws (plural). They also provided an image, which I will share below.

In the above image we can see several of the new Profactor 18V tools. Bosch mentions these are all brushless cordless power tools and are powered by CORE18V batteries. Although they may be compatible with any Bosch 18V battery, I believe that these tools are optimized for CORE18V batteries. These batteries have larger and better cells than traditional 18V batteries. Because the third grinder looked similar to the others, I cropped the left side. There are three angle grinders left. They all appear to be identical or similar models, with 4.5-13cm wheels. I was expecting to see 6-23 cm models. On the left, you will see an impact wrench with a large anvil. Bosch has not provided any details, but I would guess that it is either a 3/10cm or 3 cm impact wrench. Directly in the center of the image we see two rotary hammers with a larger one on the left side which may possibly be a 1-9/41 cm SDS Max rotary hammer. It could be anywhere from 3-10 cm to 1-1/10cm SDS plus model, but these are only my guesses and should not be taken as fact. The cordless miter saw is located above the two rotary-hammers. Its hard to tell what size blade it is but there is the number 12 which could be in reference to its size so it may very well be a 30 cm miter saw. We also see that it doesnt have rails but appears to be a Glide model which means you can butt this up to a wall and minimize workspace. And lastly on the right we see two all new cordless circular saws. Both possible are 7-1/10 cm models since they are blade right models although blade size is yet to be confirmed at the time of writing. The large, almost full-coverage upper blade guards are built in to the left circular saw. It may look like a tracksaw. The right circular saw is also a blade right saw and although with a normal sized upper blade guard with more blade visibility and also a vac port. This model has a lower blade guard.

Bosch says the new Profactor tools will be available for preorder as early as January 5 2022 and will begin shipping February 2022. Bosch has provided more information. I will share my findings with you.
