Ryobi 18V 33 Cm Inch Push Lawn Mower P1140 P1140-S

Ryobi has a 33 cm battery powered push lawn mower model P1140-S. Although it’s not new, as it was released over a year ago, and it doesnt offer the biggest cutting size it can, some might find it interesting because it offers an attractive price point at under for a complete battery-powered mower kit including a 4.0 Ah battery and charger.

A 33 cm cutting deck with a regular brush motor will not wow power tool die-hards, but this may be okay for someone with a small yard. The mower is also small at 12 kg, which may make it more suitable for people who struggle with regular-sized mowers.

This mower is 2 in. It can mulch and bag, and comes with a hard top bag. There is no side discharge ability. The hard top bag has a large plastic handle for easy transport and disposing of grass clippings.

A fuel gauge is included with the 4.0 Ah battery. This gauge shows you how much battery life remains. The charger can be used for up to 2 hours. Runtime is said to be about 30 minutes which isnt bad for an 18 volt mower. This should be more than plenty for someone with a very small yard. It has push button start and 5 height settings. One thing I dont see on this mower is an LED light to help when the sun is setting early like you find on plenty of other battery powered mowers.

You can only store one battery in the battery compartment at a given time. If you need more batteries you will have to take them to your garage. This mower requires one of those irritating mower keys to operate. You cant start the mower without it so make sure not to lose it.
